• We require 6-8 high-definition (HD) pictures for your custom apparel.
• Please ensure that the pictures are clear and well-lit.
• Full head shots are preferred. Selfies with the head cut off may not yield the best results.
• For optimal customization, we recommend providing portraits, full body shots, or clear full head shots.

Submission Process:

• Please email the pictures to info@desertdreamsapparel.com.
• Ensure that the subject's face is clearly visible in each picture.
• Attach the pictures directly to the email, rather than embedding them in the body of the email.

Additional Information:

• Along with the pictures, please include your favorite color.
• Provide the name of the person who is the subject of the shirt. This will help us personalize the apparel accurately.

 Design Process Timeline:

• Our design process typically takes between the same day and 3 business days, depending on our current workload.
• Rest assured, we strive to complete your customization as swiftly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality.
• Once we receive your pictures and accompanying information, we will promptly begin the design process.

Payment Options:

• If you prefer to avoid taxes, you have the option to make payment via Zelle or Apple Cash.
• Please indicate your preferred payment method when placing your order.
• Upon receiving your order details, we will provide you with the necessary payment information for Zelle or Apple Cash transactions.
