Instructions for Printing:

  1. Image Format: Ensure your image is in a high-resolution digital format such as JPEG or PNG. This ensures the best quality print.

  2. Image Quality: For optimal results, the image should be clear, sharp, and in focus. Avoid sending low-resolution or blurry images.

  3. Color Profile: If your image has specific color requirements, please specify them or provide a color profile. This helps ensure accurate color reproduction.

  4. Size Specifications: Let us know the size dimensions you want for your DTF print. Provide both the width and height in inches or centimeters.

  5. Background: If you prefer a specific background color or transparency, indicate your preference.

  6. Additional Instructions: Any additional instructions regarding cropping, scaling, or positioning of the image should be clearly communicated.

  7. Send Method: You can send your image via email to info@desertdreamsapparel.com or through direct message on our Instagram account @desertdreamsapparel. Please include your contact information and any relevant order details.

  8. Turnaround Time: Our DTF printing process typically takes between same day to 2 business days, depending on our current workload and the complexity of your order.

  9. Shirt Blank: By default, we use Gildan shirts for printing. If you have any special brand requests, please message us, and we can adjust the price based on the brand you want. Alternatively, you can bring your own shirt, and we will charge a printing-only price.

  10. Multiple Shirt Orders: If you're ordering more than one shirt, please message or call us. We can provide a quote with a discount based on the quantity that will be ordered.

  11. Review Proof: Once we receive your image, we'll provide you with a proof for approval before proceeding with printing. Please review it carefully to ensure it meets your expectations.

  12. Payment: Once the proof is approved, we'll proceed with printing. Payment can be made either online or in-store, depending on your preference.

DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing:

  1. Printing Process:

    • DTG printing involves directly printing the design onto the garment using a specialized inkjet printer designed for textiles.

  2. Suitable Fabric:

    • DTG printing is best suited for cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. It may not produce optimal results on synthetic fabrics.

  3. Print Quality:

    • DTG printing provides high-resolution prints with fine details and gradients. However, the print quality may vary depending on the fabric type and color.

  4. Durability:

    • DTG prints can be more durable if proper pretreatment and curing techniques are applied. However, they may not be as resistant to fading and cracking compared to DTF prints, especially on certain fabric types.

  5. Design Complexity:

    • DTG printing is also capable of reproducing intricate designs accurately, but it may struggle with highly detailed or textured designs on certain fabrics.
